findvegan: Chocolate Avocado Muffins I love avocados, cakes and gluten free food so this sounds like the perfect combination.I love experimenting with ingredients that people wouldn’t traditionally put in cakes, feeding the finished product to my family, and then watching their faces when I tell them they are eating an avocado or Beetroot cake!As soon as I get my hands on an oven I will be trying this recipe.I think I will sub coconut oil for avocado oil but I love the idea of using a combination of flours.
